丹麦叙事金属名团 Manticora 成立於1996年，在丹麦文中，Manticora意指金属至尊之意，乐风主要结合了90年代盛行的德式金属与前卫金属，回顾过去专辑，「Hyperion」and「8 Deadly Sins」这两张算是经典了，假如你听过他们之前的作品，其实对这张专辑的水準不要抱持太大的怀疑态度，乐团仍旧延续的之前专辑的水準，製作人Tommy Hansen依旧是他们的製作首选，所以他们的风格依然很好辨识，本张专辑的封面相当讨喜，这次找来了Leo Hao这位曾经帮Rage、Blind Guardian与Iced Earth设计封面的大师。

2006年推出的概念系专辑The Black Circus Part 1 - Letters，大受好评。2007年的The Black Circus Part 2 - Disclosure同样很有水准。 ------------介绍拼凑的。

乐队风格我认为是能量加速度，感觉很有实力。
