可能是一张最不能称为精选的精选辑了，这张The Platinum Collection收录的都是EBTG的早期作品，最新的无非是Missing，还不是remix的版本，还是最原始的accoustic的版本，Everything But the Girl的事业一共可以分成两个部分，这张专辑收入的其中的第一部分，I Didn't Know I Was Looking For Love让我想到了Karen Ramirez，她把这首歌翻唱了一首舞曲，类似于后来的EBTG。The Platinum Collection还是收录了一些有意思的歌曲，比如We Walk The Same Line，Careless等，都是没有上榜的但是听上去也会抓住人的那些歌曲。
