damn almost forgotten to put the serial in... 

1. Unrar all files  and  mount  image  using
  Alcohol or DT4.                         
                                           
2.  We decided to proper this rls  because 
  previous version had a so far bugged dpm 
  (even noy  properly  working).         
  Also, with the official patch  1.01, the 
  software house added a further protection.
  This proper will fix it also.           
  So finally here's a perfectly working one
  with a correct mds file  and  two  mini
  images  (you  can  choose one  of  them)
  for  correctly  play  the  game  after
  official patch 1.01.                     
                                           
3. Reboot when  the  game  asks  for  it  in
  order  to  install  newest  starforce3
  drivers.                                 
                                           
4. Unmount your  image  file  and  use  mini
  image for  playing  (ONLY  if  you  apply
  official patch 1.01).                   
                                           
5. You could  experience  some  blacklisting
  issues  due  to  starforce3  new  dll.
  Then,  simply  disable  any  ide  optical
  cd/dvd  devices  by  uplugging  them  or
  using sfnightmare.                       
                                           
6. Play the game !!!!
