*这张专辑中的14首歌中，Paul主创6首、John主创5首，George的创作显然越来越得心应手，这次有3首歌曲被选中，而Taxman被选为专辑的第一首歌曲。Ringo仍然没有作品问世，但Tomorrow Never Knows的题目据说是来自他独特的语言。Paul的歌曲数量超过了John。他将在此后甲壳虫大部分专辑（白专例外）中保持数量的优势，虽然专辑中的"灵魂”歌曲往往是John的作品。Revolver专辑录制的第一首歌曲就是John的Tomorrow Never Knows，而这首最终被作为专辑压轴的歌曲决定了整个专辑的基调。
