1、Encarta 2006 Premium是将Student 2006的面向学生群体的一些功能剔除以后的简化的一个Student 2006。
剔除的功能包括以下几个：

Encarta Dictionary
另外，Student 2006 自带的Encarta Encyclopedia的内容也比Encarta 2006 Premium来的多。
